Who is Nate Lowman?

Nate Lowman is an American artist. His works have been described by New York Times chief art critic as "down-and-out excursions into collage, graffiti and appropriation." Lowman first gained ctitical attention with his works included in the collaborative Museum of Modern Art/P.S.1 Contemporary Art Center show Greater New York, held March 13, 2005 through September 26, 2005—and selected by Klaus Biesenbach, Alanna Heiss, Glenn Lowry, Robert Nickas, Amy Smith-Stewart, and Ann Temkin,. He has been featured in a collaboration by the clothing brand Supreme for a T-Shirt that retails at their Shibuya shop. He resides in the Tribeca neighborhood of New York City.
