Olivier Fabrice Ochanine is a French conductor and flautist; he is the Music Director and Chief Conductor of the Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra, the national orchestra of the Philippines.
Ochanine holds a masters degree in Conducting from the University of Southern California and is currently studying for a Doctorate in Orchestral Conducting, at the Cincinnati College - Conservatory of Music.
