Patrick Aherne was a British film actor. He was the brother of the actor Brian Aherne. He was married to Renee Houston. Pat Aherne was a silent screen leading man, who was reduced to playing minor supporting roles after the transition to sound. His most notable on-screen appearances after 1930, were in Green Dolphin Street, Rocketship X-M and The Court Jester.
