Who is Patrick Reimer?

Patrick Reimer is a German professional ice hockey forward who currently plays for the Thomas Sabo Ice Tigers of the Deutsche Eishockey Liga. He previously established himself with the DEG Metro Stars. In his first season full season with the Metro Stars in 2004–05, Reimer was selected as the DEL's Rookie of the Year.

On January 26, 2012, Reimer agreed to leave his original team, the Metro Stars, at seasons end to join the Thomas Sabo Ice Tigers on a three-year contract.
