Who was Paul Pryor?
John Paul Pryor was a professional baseball umpire who worked in the National League from 1961 to 1981. Pryor was the last NL umpire to wear uniform number 13. Pryor umpired 3,094 major league games in his 21 year career. He umpired in three World Series, four League Championship Series and three All-Star Games.
