Who is Pedro Delgado?
Pedro Delgado was a Venezuelan footballer who ended his career with Carrick Rangers. Although he had signed a pre-contract with Annagh United, he retired early and returned to Venezuela to spend more time with his family. He represented Venezuela at youth level.
Delgado signed for Dungannon Swifts from Carrick in 2004 and went on to represent the club in the UEFA Intertoto Cup.
He also played for Deportivo Galicia and Deportivo Táchira Fútbol Club in his homeland and for Larne. While playing for Deportivo Táchira Fútbol Club he made a few appearances in the Copa Libertadores.
