Who was Pekka Malinen?
Pekka Kullervo Malinen was a Finnish diplomat and politician. He was a member of the People's Party of Finland. He served as Deputy Minister of Social Affairs, Deputy Minister of Finance and Minister of Defence in Vieno Johannes Sukselainen's first cabinet.
In 1969–1974 served as Finnish Ambassador to Egypt.
