Who is Per Spook?
Per Spook is a Norwegian fashion designer. He was running a fashion house in Paris from 1977 to 1995. He was awarded Aiguille d'Or in 1978, and Dé d'Or in 1993. He was decorated Knight, First Class of the Royal Norwegian Order of St. Olav in 2003.
