Who is Peter Bua?
Peter Bua was an Albanian leader of late medieval Despotate of the Morea. He was the chief instigator of the Morea revolt of 1453–1454 and after its end he became the official representative of the Albanians of the Morea. For a period he also ruled the areas of the Morea that hadn't been conquered by the Ottomans. His origin was from the Bua-Shpata family that ruled the Despotate of Angelokastron and Lepanto.
