Peter Maloney

Who is Peter Maloney?

Peter Maloney is SNOCAP's Chief Financial Officer. He brings more than 17

years of strategic financial management accomplishments in both public

and private companies, including equity and debt financings, corporate

development acquisitions and divestitures, strategic and financial

planning, investor relations and working capital management. Prior to

joining us, he was CFO and Vice President of Finance for Keynote

Systems (NASDAQ: KEYN) for over four years. At Adaptive Broadband

Corporation, a fixed wireless broadband company, Peter held senior

management positions including Senior Vice President of Finance and

Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. Peter also served in

senior financial and management positions at Republic Industries, Inc.,

a diversified consumer products and services company, Dole Food Company

and Arthur Andersen LLP. Peter holds an M.B.A. degree in Corporate

Finance from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of

Business, a B.B.A. degree in Economics from Temple University, and he

is also a Certified Public Accountant.
