Who is Peter Phelps?
Peter Robert Phelps is an Australian politician. He has been a Liberal Party member of the New South Wales Legislative Council since March 2011. He contested the New South Wales Legislative Assembly seat of Drummoyne in the 1999 New South Wales State election.
He is the current Government whip in the Legislative Council.
