Peter Stephan ist ein hessischer Politiker. Am 27. Januar 2008 wurde er als Direktkandidat des Wahlkreises 55 in den Hessischen Landtag gewählt. Am 18. Januar 2009 wurde er erneut direkt in den Landtag gewählt. Er erhielt dabei 44,8 % der Stimmen. Seine Gegenkandidatin Karin Hartmann kam auf 27,6 %.
