Petra Heß ist eine deutsche Politikerin. Sie war von 1999 bis 2002 Abgeordnete im Thüringer Landtag und von 2002 bis 2009 Mitglied des Deutschen Bundestages. Seit Oktober 2010 ist sie im Thüringer Ministerium für Soziales, Familie und Gesundheit als Ausländerbeauftragte tätig. Bei der Bundestagswahl 2013 trat sie als Direktkandidatin für den Wahlkreis Gotha / Ilm-Kreis an.
