Born Praise Ukachukwu Mba widely known as Privay Cee a Nigerian singer and entrepreneur from Abia State.

Privay Cee was born in a General Hospita in Lagos, he spent his childhood in Anthony Village, Lagos, Nigeria. He attended Anthony Model Nursery And Primary School as a kid, Then graduated to Ajao Estate Junior High School as a junior student and Finished from Anthony Village Senior High School. He is always known to be a music lover right from child hood, and he has been chasing his dreams ever since. Privay Cee started his music career with the name Rosi Prince which he later changed to Privay Cee on 22nd of July 2023. He loves music so much he led the choir in his church back then. Late in 2020 Nigerian rapper ‘Wise Bee’ took him to Doubledu Mix Studio, a recording studio located at Bariga where he met the CEO and producer of the studio company Olaiya Ojelade, that was where he recorded his first song Omo Ta Fefe which became a hit. After the released of his first song Doubledu Mix decided to sign him by sponsoring all his recordings and also promoting his name to the world
