Who is Rainer Offergeld?
Rainer Offergeld ist ein deutscher Politiker der SPD. Offergeld war von 1969 bis 1984 Mitglied des Deutschen Bundestages. Von 1978 bis 1982 amtierte er als Bundesminister für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit. Von 1984 bis 1995 war er Oberbürgermeister von Lörrach.
