Who was Renzo Marignano?
Renzo Marignano, sometimes credited as Renzo Marignani, was an Italian actor and film director.
Born in Genoa, after World War II he was one of the founders of Cimofilm, a manufacturer specialized in documentaries, some of which he also was the director. In 1958 he moved to Rome where he started a career as character actor, starring in a huge amount of films. He also was assistant director for several films by Pietro Germi and Mario Monicelli.
