Who is Rey Guevarra?
Rey Francis J. Guevarra is Filipino basketball player in the Philippine Basketball Association. He currently plays for the Meralco Bolts. Guevarra was selected by the Air21 Express as their third overall pick after picking Nonoy Baclao and Rabeh Al-Hussaini as their first and second pick overall in the 2010 Rookie Annual Draft.
He also had a brief stint with the Smart Gilas national team under Serbian mentor Rajko Toroman.
Among hist batch, Rey Guevarra is considered as one of the most versatile rookies to enter in the PBA. He can shoot from downtown or in the perimeter and can drive fast to the basket as what he did during his collegiate days in Letran.
