De Lasaux made his first-class debut for the Gentlemen of Kent against the Gentlemen of England at Lord's in 1858. He made two further first-class appearances in 1858, one for Kent against England at the St Lawrence Ground, Canterbury, and another for the Gentlemen of Kent against the Gentlemen of England at the St Lawrence Ground. He scored a total of 41 runs in his three first-class matches, which came at an average of 8.20, with a high score of 35.
