Who was Roz Howard?
Roswell "Roz" Howard, Sr. was an American stock car racing driver. He competed in the NASCAR Grand National Division, now the Sprint Cup Series, and the NASCAR Convertible Division in the 1950s and early 1960s, in addition to racing throughout the southeast, winning the 1957 MARC Southern Late Model Championship.
