Who is Ruhul Quddus Talukdar?
Ruhul Quddus Talukder "Dulu" is a Bangladeshi lawyer and politician from the Bangladesh Nationalist Party and a Member of Parliament of the Jatiyo Sangsad. He served as the Minister of State of Land, People's Republic of Bangladesh.
In 2012, he, along with Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain, Hannan Shah and Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir were jailed for political riots. They were later released.
