Who is Rustem Adagamov?
Rustem Rinatovich Adagamov is an influential Russian blogger who goes by the pseudonym of "Drugoi", meaning "Another". The Daily Telegraph newspaper has described Adagamov as "Russia's number one blogger".
In 2009 Kremlin's press department had invited him to cover Wednesday's meeting between Dmitry Medvedev and his visiting Indian counterpart Pratibha Patil.
