Who is Sameh Shoukry?
Sameh Shoukry was named Foreign Minister of Egypt on 17 June 2014. Shoukry was a retired Egyptian diplomat whose last diplomatic posting was as Ambassador of Egypt to the United States from 2008 to 2012. He is married and has two sons. He obtained a law degree from Ain Shams University in 1975.
