Who is Samir Feriani?
Samir Feriani is a Tunisian official. A whistleblower, he was arrested in May 2011 and came to be known as the "first 'Prisoner of Conscience' in the post revolutionary Tunisia". He was released in September 2011, and acquitted of most charges in March 2012.
