Who is Sondre Olden?
Sondre Olden is a Norwegian ice hockey player, currently playing for the Valerenga in the GET-ligaen. Olden previously played for MoDo Hockey and Erie Otters Ontario Hockey League. He played for Norwegian tier two team Manglerud Star Ishockey before he was acquired by Modo for the 2009–10 season. He made his Elitserien debut on October 26, 2010 against HV71. Olden was selected by Toronto Maple Leafs in the 3rd round of the 2010 NHL Entry Draft.
In July 2011, Olden signed with the major junior team Erie Otters of the Ontario Hockey League.
In 2011-12 season, Olden was called up to the Toronto Marlies, were he would receive a try-out with the club. After not earning a contract, Olden would return to Norway and sign with Valerenga of the GET-Ligaen.
