She has appeared in Maxim and Nirvana magazines. In 2010, Sonia appeared as a featured model in About Face a book by make-up artist to the stars Scott Barnes alongside such notable celebrities as Jennifer Lopez and Kim Kardashian. Barnes was quoted on the Fashion Wire Daily Website as saying, "she has something incredible to offer the world and it's time everyone knows her" Also in 2010, Sonia was featured in a photo and video production for Maxim.com; which was posted on Foxnews411.com, Popeater.com, and TMZ.com. Fox News called Sonia a "Kim Kardashian look-alike" and Maxim.com states that "Sonia may be the next famous face to hit the scene" ".
