Who is Steve Black?

Steve

Black is the Chief Operating Officer for Enterprise Solutions for

UnitedHealthcare. Prior to being promoted in April 2006, Black was

Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer for Oxford Health

Plans, LLC, most recently overseeing Oxford´s integration with

UnitedHealthcare, which acquired the company in July 2004. Previously,

Black's experience also includes tenure with Health Net, PHS Health

Plans, Andersen Consulting and Travelers. Black received his bachelor

of science in economics from Harvard University and his master's degree

in business administration from Boston College.
