Tom Beugelsdijk plays as a defender for ADO Den Haag. He was lent out to FC Dordrecht, in the Dutch second division, the Eerste Divisie in the 2010–11 and 2011–12 season. He scored his first goal as a pro against AGOVV Apeldoorn.

Summer 2011, he came back to ADO Den Haag, he was one of the selected in the first Europa League match of ADO against FK Tauras.
