Who is Tony Paige?

Anthony C. "Tony" Paige is an American radio talk show host and boxing color analyst.

Paige started at WFAN in New York City beginning in February 1995 as the early Sunday morning talk show host till December 2000.

Paige returned to WFAN in June 2003 as a Saturday evening sports talk show host then added the Saturday 1-6am hosting position.

In January, 2006, with Chris Carlin moving to another shift, Tony was named as the overnight host on WFAN working 1am to 6am Tuesday-Thursday and Saturday and 10pm-2am Saturday.

He is also currently a color analyst for New York Golden Gloves Boxing airing on MSG Network.

He was a color analyst for the "Broadway Boxing" series that airs on the SportsNet New York.

Paige attended City College of New York and Florida A&M University.

From January 1993 to December 1996, Paige served as president of the Boxing Writers Association of America. He was the first black man to hold that position in the 54-year history of the organization.

Page is also a United States field producer for KOTV, a weekly boxing program based in London, England, that airs in 70 countries worldwide.

Paige has worked as a boxing broadcast journalist for ESPN, ESPN2, Showtime, SHOBOX, Prime Network among others.
