Toyin Odutola is an artist who was born in Ife, Nigeria. She received a BA in Studio Art and Communications from the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 2008. She also received her MFA from California College of the Arts in 2012.
Forbes featured Odutola in its 2012 list of 30 notable individuals under 30 in the category "Art & Style."
Odutola is best known for her self-portrait drawings, entirely or primarily done in black pen ink.
The National Museum of African Art and the Honolulu Museum of Art are among the public collections holding works by Odutola.
She is represented by Jack Shainman Gallery in New York.
