Who is Valery Aleksandrovich Kipelov?
Valery Aleksandrovich Kipelov (July 12, 1958, Moscow, USSR) is a Soviet and Russian rock musician, singer, composer and songwriter, working mainly in the heavy metal genre. He is known as one of the founders and the first vocalist of the rock group "Aria" from 1985 to 2002. Since 2002, he has been the head of his own group, Kipelov. Laureate of the 2007 "RAMP" award in the "Fathers of Rock" category.
Valery Aleksandrovich Kipelov was born on July 12, 1958 in the urban-type settlement of Kapotnya (now the Kapotnya district of Moscow). During his school years he studied at a music school, from which he graduated from the accordion class. He made his first steps in music at VIA "Peasant Children", which performed mainly at holidays and weddings. After leaving school, he continued his studies at the technical school of automation and telemechanics
