Who was Vinzenz Fischer?
Vinzenz Fischer, an historical painter and professor of architecture at the Academy of Vienna, was born at Schmidham, in Bavaria, in 1729, and died at Vienna in 1810. In addition to some pen-and-ink drawings, the following works by him are worthy of mention:
