Who is Vladimir Mukhankin?
Vladimir Anatolyevich Mukhankin is a Russian serial killer, who called himself "the pupil of Chikatilo". In 1995 he killed 9 persons - one man, five women and three children in a two-month period. Two of them were killed in the last day before his arrest.
