Who is Xiao Jinguang?

Xiao Jinguang, was a revolutionary and military leader, one of the main leaders of the Red Army and the People's Liberation Army, and one of the ten senior commanders of the PLA.

From 1954 to 1982, Xiao served as the Deputy Secretary of Defense, and from 1979 to 1983 as the Vice Chairman of the Fifth National People's Congress Standing Committee.
