Evgeni Anatolyevich Blokhin is a Kazakhstani professional ice hockey defenceman. He is currently playing for Barys Astana in the Kontinental Hockey League. Blokhin was a member of the Kazakhstan men's national ice hockey team at the 2006 Winter Olympics. He also has Russian citizenship.
