Who is Ymer Dishnica?
Ymer Dishnica was an Albanian politician and physician. He served as Chairman of the Assembly of the Republic of Albania from 1946 to 1947. He was later expelled from the Albanian Communist Party and served as a doctor in a hospital in Tirana.
