Who is Yuhan Tan?

Yuhan Tan is a male left-handed badminton player from Belgium. He is a 6 time Belgian Champion in men's singles category. In 2008 he was the 2nd youngest men's singles player to qualify for the 2008 Olympics according to the Badminton World Federation criteria. However the Belgian Olympic Committee didn't select him and he was therefore not able to compete. Yuhan is also a medical student at the University of Maastricht. Tan participated, together with his sister Lianne, in the 2012 Summer Olympics.

In 2013, Tan was elected as a member of the BWF Athletes' Commission.
