Who was Abd ar-Razzaq an-Naif?
Abd ar-Razzaq Said al-Naif was Prime Minister of Iraq in 1968. He was assassinated on July 9, 1978, in London. His gunman was quickly captured and sentenced to life imprisonment in 1979; Naif was reportedly killed on order of Saddam Hussein.
