Who is Adelphius?
Adelphius, was a Bishop of Limoges at Haute Vienne from ca. 420. His son, born ca. 420, was the father of Saint Ruricius.
He had an older brother named Hermogenianus, both children of Pontius, born ca. 360, and married before 390 to his wife Anicia, in turn the daughter of Quintus Clodius Hermogenianus Olybrius, Consul of Rome in 379, and wife Turrenia Anicia Juliana.
