Adolf "Addi" Glunz was a World War II flying ace in the Luftwaffe. Glunz is credited with 71 aerial victories achieved in 574 combat missions. A flying ace or fighter ace is a military aviator credited with shooting down five or more enemy aircraft during aerial combat. He engaged the enemy on 238 occasions and claimed all but three victories over the Western Front.
