Who was Ahmet Tevfik Pasha?
Ahmet Tevfik Pasha, known as Ahmet Tevfik Okday after the Surname Law of 1934, was the last Grand Vizier of the Ottoman Empire.
He held the office three times, the first 13 April 1909 to 5 May 1909 under Abdulhamid II, and from 11 November 1918 to 3 March 1919 and from 21 October 1920 to 4 November 1922 under Mehmed V Reşad during the Allied occupation of Istanbul.
