Who is Aladi Aruna?
Aladi Aruna V Arunachalam was an Indian politician and former Member of the Legislative Assembly. He was elected to the Tamil Nadu legislative assembly as a Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam candidate from Alangulam constituency in 1967 and 1971 elections.
He was also Member of Parliament elected from Tamil Nadu. He was elected to the Lok Sabha from Tirunelveli constituency as an Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam candidate in 1977 election. Aladi Aruna was a politician from India and Law Minister of Tamil Nadu. He was murdered during a routine morning walk in Alangulam in Tirunelveli District.
