Who was Ali Mustafa Baghdady?

Ali Ahmed Mustafa Baghdady was the Egyptian Air Force commander from 1969 to 1972. He was also an Olympic swimmer and water polo player, and competed in the London 1948 Olympics. He died in January 2005 due to complications of a stroke.
