Who is Allan Coelho?
Allan Coelho is a Canadian composer, songwriter, and was a member for the Hi-NRG band, Tapps. Allan resides in Mississauga, Ontario and is tours with Tapps now and then.
Coelho was born in Praia da Vitória, Portugal. He moved to Canada at the age of four. During grade school, he met producers Tony DaCosta and Paul Silva. In 1982 they formed Tapps
