Who was Allan Perry-Keene?

Air Vice Marshal Allan Lancelot Addison Perry-Keene CB, OBE was a senior Royal Air Force officer. Between 1947 and 1949, he served as the first Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Pakistan Air Force.
