Who was Alvin C. Strutz?
Alvin C. Strutz was the Chief Justice on the North Dakota Supreme Court in 1967 and from 1971 to 1973. He died while serving on the court at the age of 70 in 1973, after serving for 14 years. Strutz also served as the Attorney General of North Dakota from 1937 to 1944, and also ran for Governor of North Dakota that year.
