Who is Alvin Yeo?
Alvin Yeo Khirn Hai, is a Singaporean politician and lawyer. A member of the country's governing People's Action Party, Yeo was a Member of Parliament for Hong Kah Group Representation Constituency from 2006 to 2011. He has been representing Chua Chu Kang GRC since after the 2011 general elections.
He was educated at King's College London.
In the 2006 general elections, where Yeo first ran for elections, Hong Kah GRC was not contested, resulting in a walkover for the PAP.
Yeo is also currently the senior partner of the law firm WongPartnership LLP.
Yeo is married to Chan Hee Lien and has two children.
