Who is Amber Rubarth?
Amber Rubarth is an independent American Singer-Songwriter who has released 6 albums and 2 EPs. Her latest album, produced by Jacquire King is titled "A Common Case of Disappearing" and was released October 4, 2011 and debuted at #13 on the iTunes Singer-Songwriter charts. The album features two duets, "City Starts to Bloom" with Jason Reeves, and "Mirror" with Jason Mraz. A new live recording "Sessions from the 17th Ward" featuring solo cellist Dave Eggar was released October 2012 on audiophile label Chesky Records and features HD Binaural Recording.
In addition to her solo work, Amber created the Brooklyn based indie band The Paper Raincoat with long-time collaborator Alex Wong and drummer Kevin Rice.
