Amirsho Miraliyev is a Tajikistani politician. He served as the Chairman of the Khatlon Province of Tajikistan. An expert on the political, social and economic life of the region, in 2001 he declared that the main reason for the economically backwards status of the region was, "the work of unqualified staff".
