Who was André Giriat?
André Giriat was a French rower who competed in the 1932 Summer Olympics and in the 1936 Summer Olympics. In 1932 he won the bronze medal as member of the French boat in the coxed pairs competition. Four years later he and his partner Robert Jacquet finished fourth in the final of the double sculls event.
