Who was André Tison?

André Tison was a French track and field athlete who competed in the 1906 Summer Olympics, in the 1908 Summer Olympics, in the 1912 Summer Olympics, and in the 1920 Summer Olympics.

In 1906 he finished fourth in the shot put competition, fifth in the discus throw freestyle event, and 22nd in the standing long jump competition. Two years later he finished eighth in the discus throw event. He also participated in the shot put contest but his result is unknown. At the 1912 Summer Olympics he finished ninth in the shot put competition and 30th in the discus throw event. His last Olympic appearance was in 1920 when he finished eleventh in the discus throw competition.
